Care Instructions

You can wipe your frame with a microfiber cloth or a damp cloth with water and mild soap (such as shampoo). If your frame contains a canvas without glass, we recommend simply dusting it with a dry, soft, fine brush. Refrain from using wood polish or cleaning sprays, as they may create moisture and potentially damage the artwork.

Dust your frames regularly to prevent the accumulation of dirt. If you choose to disassemble the frame for a more thorough cleaning, be sure to place all components on a clean, dust-free towel or blanket. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembly.

Note:

• Dimensions: The dimensions (L x B) of each framed poster are listed in inches as per your selection above.
• Color Variation: The images represent the actual products; however, the colors of the image and product may slightly differ.
• Material: You can choose from different print mediums (art paper or canvas) and over 40 framing options available on our website. Any order above 18x24 inches is processed in pinewood, as synthetic wood cannot support the weight. Where applicable, acrylic glass is used instead of regular glass for easier handling and recyclability.
• Shipping Time: Orders require 3 business days for processing based on your customization. Shipping takes approximately 5 to 7 business days. Larger frames may take longer to process and ship due to additional handling and the extra care required for handmade art pieces.

Replacement

We have a 7 Day Replacement Policy. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be damaged when you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
